Bulk Mail Delivery

Use this function to send an email message to all members of the mailing list. Enter database password, from, subject, image file name, message and click the send button. This function currently works for JPEG image files only. If you do not wish to send an image, just leave "logo2.jpg" in the field because the program currently requires an image attachment. The image should be compressed and sent to the server prior to emailing. Also, most images on the server are in the "images" subdirectory. The image file name must contain any subdirectory with proper upper and lower case lettering (e.g., images/IMG_0441.jpg must be keyed exact).
