Fabrics as noted on pattern.  (You can pick up pattern when you register for the class)

Sewing machine, 1/4 " foot, neutral thread, slide on sewing table if you have one.

Your favorite  24" ruler and a square up ruler.

Quarter square triangle, or bring whatever triangle rulers you have and we'll see which ones will work.
